Data Table: STF1PCT.dbf

Data table represents Block level population and housing statistics for Jackson and 
Josephine County in Oregon and Siskiyou County in California. Data were developed 
from 1990 Census of Population and Housing. Most fields have been converted from 
Census STF1 data to percentages to facillitate  comparison and analysis in a geographic 
information system. A few fields representing variable means are identical to those in 
the 1990 Census of Population and Housing data.

The table can be related to the block level GIS Census geography with the BLOCKLNK  
variable, representing a concatenation of the codes for State, County, Census Tract, and
Census Block. This may require the creation of a corresponding link variable in the Census
geography. Note that all leading zeros have are included in the concatenation.
