Data table represents Block level population and housing statistics for Jackson and 
Josephine County in Oregon and Siskiyou County in California. Data are from 1990 
Census of Population and Housing.

The table can be related to the block level GIS Census geography with the BLOCKLNK
variable, representing a concatenation of the codes for State, County, Census Tract, and
Census Block. This may require the creation of a corresponding link variable in the Census
geography. Note that all leading zeros are included in the concatenation. The
BLOCKLNK link variable was created and added to the data table by Interrain Pacific in 
August, 1996.
