TPAVGCLP.SHP

These shape files were created from an ArcInfo coverage of forest vegetation aquired 
from the Applegate Ranger District. The original data was developed by Geographic 
Resource Solutions (GRS) under contract with the USDA Forest Service (USFS) and 
the Bureau of Land Management (BLM).

The vegetation data is based on Landsat TM satellite image data acquired on August 
29, 1993. For more detail on the mapping project see "Forest Biometrics From 
Space," available from the Applegate Ranger District.
