Data Dictionary Data Table: CEN90_1r ______________________________ Date are first in a series of tables representing Block Group level population and housing statistics for Jackson and Josephine County in Oregon and Siskiyou County in California. Data were developed from 1990 Census of Population and Housing. While many of the field names are identical to those in the 1990 Census of Population and Housing data, most have been converted to percentages to facillitate comparison and analysis in a geographic information system. The table can be related to the block group Census geography with the BKLDLINK variable, representing a concatenation of the codes for State, County, Census Tract, and Census Block Group. Note that all leading zeros in the source variables are included in the concatenation. The variable BKLINK is a similar concatenation with all leading zeros eliminated from the source variables.
